All Silk Cards are printed on a 4-color Heidelberg Press. The output resolution is at 300 d.p.i. with a 175 line screen which ensures that all prints will be produced with the highest clarity and sharpness. The Heidelberg press, which is considered the Mercedes Benz of presses, is custom fitted with an inline lamination device which will laminate both sides of the silk cards at once. The printing and laminating are done in one process which cuts costs and time. Then the print goes under the heat and gets heat set to dry. This allows the laminated silk cards to seal.
