Before starting any design work, we require a 50% deposit, except on business cards, this must be paid in full before work commences.

We will provide 2-3 samples or options in most cases, depending on what may have been discussed.

Initial consultation is to provide us with your requirements, colors, fonts, ideas, pictures, email and phone #, from this we will put some samples together, from theses 2-3 samples we will find what you like and don't like and we will narrow down to 1 design.
From this 1 design we will do finishing touches to make you stand out above your competitors.
If further design is needed beyond this point, our rates are based on $60 per hour, no exceptions.
We always try to give a price upfront for a project, but sometimes people just don't know what they want right away, and it takes more time than usual, if this is the case, $60 per hour is our design charge. so we ask that you be very specific about what you want in a design, so that our flat rate is all you pay.
Designing a new business is very difficult if the owner does not know how he sees himself, or his company, we are left to guess what we see and that may not be his vision, so we ask that you think about this before you come to us, so we can build YOUR vision, and not how we see you.
Good news is, to date we have only had a couple of jobs that took longer than expected, so far that is pretty good.

If you do not have a Logo Identity, we can help you with that as well, clear vision is the key to this task.
This is a very important part of your business for the future, this is your IDENTITY for years to come, we charge between $400 to $600 depending on how clear of direction we receive, if you come with a drawing of your logo and is very clear clean and simple, maybe it takes 2 hours, then we can get right at it, if you have no idea and we are guessing then we are at the mercy of the clock., please think about this before handing the job over, do your homework, what is it that you want, how do you see yourself.
