How long will it take for me to have my order in my hands?

When you place an order, we'll show you an estimated arrival date. Please bear in mind that is based on which product you've ordered and which shipping method you have chosen.

OK, so How long will it take to print my order?

Officially, it takes up to 2-3 business days to print and hand-pack each item.

It's more than possible that we'll print your orders faster than this, but we'd hate to disappoint, so please stick to these guidelines if you're planning for an event.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Shipping will vary depending on what you've ordered, how it's being shipped, and where you are. We will show you an estimated delivery date on the checkout page.

I need my order delivered sooner, can I pay extra for faster shipping?

We do offer an Express shipping option, & yes it does cost a little more

How much does postage and packing cost?

It depends what you've ordered. We'll show you estimated prices when you make your order. 

Can I collect my order from Only Way?

Not normally but if you are in our vicinity we can make those arrangements, you will have to discuss this when ordering.

I want to place a large order and have different packs delivered to different places. Do I still qualify for reduced shipping costs?

Sorry, no. We have to pay shipping for every separate delivery; we can only cut the price when multiple items are going to the same delivery address.

What days do you send out orders?

Every weekday, Monday to Friday (also known as 'business days' or 'working days').

Where are you based?

Our headquarters is in Port Coquitlam BC. We have also have an office in Kelowna BC

Do you deliver to where I live?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world! We use Fed Ex,  We have three shipping options for you to choose from: First Class, Priority and Express. (All orders Need to be paid in Full before delivery)

What happens to my delivery if I'm not at home?

Many of our packages are small enough to fit through most domestic letterboxes. If you picked Express shipping, your local delivery agent may require a signature. If you work during the day, it's best to have your order delivered to your work address.

I want to place a large order. Will it all ship together?

We do try to ship whole orders together. If there are any delays or some products take longer to print, we might split it up (but we'll keep it to a minimum).

Can I track my order?

Yes. All  orders have Tracking numbers, and we'll tell you if your order is being processed, printed, or has been shipped.

We'll email you a tracking number when your order (s) have been shipped.
