What do I do if my order hasn't arrived in the specified time?
If you chose Express shipping, you can also track your shipment via the dispatch email received when your cards were shipped.
Please remember that our delivery estimates ) are estimates, and subject to a
little variation. Please be patient. If your order hasn't arrived 5
working days after the estimated arrival date,
(Sometimes the postal service can have a very busy week, and things can
take longer than expected.) Please let us Know
Why can’t I track my order?
Most of the time we will send you a tracking number, if you have not received it please let us know
I placed an order and hoped to have my cards for an event, but they've not arrived. I don't want to go empty-handed.
We'll always do our best to help if you're having trouble. It is very important to leave yourself enough time, to allow for unexpected issues, such as bad weather, or misdirected in shipping, by the fault of the shipper, we will not be held responsible for these mix ups, it is beyond our control.

What Options of Paper do you print on ?
Can I use a design that I have done?
Yes but you must know what you are doing, and that the files are correct and ready for press,
1) Each job must be submitted as one PDF. (e.g. - a 2 sided job must be uploaded as one pdf file, consisting of two pages. Both pages must be the same size.)
2) Files must be submitted head to head to ensure proper backing.
3) If all possible, try to avoid borders. If the borders is too close to the cut line, the print may result to be cut off-center slightly.
4) File must consist of 1/8" bleed and all important text must be within the safe margin.
Pre-designing cards before you upload to ONLY WAY is something we only recommend to design professionals, or those very comfortable with graphics applications. Some technical knowledge is required to use the templates, and to save your work in the best format for print.
